As each piece of jewellery is made by hand, if your purchase is not in stock, please allow up to 4 weeks from placing the order to the item being dispatched. If there is any particular delay we shall notify you by email and you shall have the right to cancel your order, or have a replacement item sent instead. 

UK Delivery

All N&S products shipped within the UK are sent via Royal Mail Signed For*. We charge £5.00 per parcel, no matter how many pieces are purchased at one time. A signature will be required at the point of delivery.

Europe and the Rest of the World

All N&S products shipped to Europe and the Rest of the World are sent via Royal Mail Tracked and Signed For*. We charge £10.00 per parcel to Europe, and £12.00 to the Rest of the World, no matter how many pieces are purchased at one time. A signature will be required at the point of delivery.

*If no-one is at the specified address at the time of delivery, Royal Mail will leave a missed delivery card and the customer will be responsible for re-arranging delivery. 

Returns

For returns please inform us in writing at mail@nagleandsisters.com within 7 days from the date in which the order confirmation was sent.
